No long-term contracts are required. You can book services hourly or choose a monthly package based on your needs.
Packages are billed on a month-to-month basis, and at the end of each month we can reassess and adjust services as needed. If you’d like to continue support, adding or modifying services is always an option.
For clients looking for ongoing support, discounted multi-month options are available:

To reserve your spot and begin services, a 50% deposit is required prior to the start of work. For hourly projects, we’ll agree on a set number of hours in advance, with 50% of the total due upfront.
Once we’re aligned, I’ll send over a deposit invoice to officially kick things off.

The remaining 50% will be due within three days of service completion. A final invoice will be sent once services are complete.

Hourly services are non-refundable once booked, as time is reserved specifically for your project.
For monthly packages, cancellations must be made prior to the start of the service period. Any deposits paid are non-refundable, but no additional charges will be incurred once services have not yet begun.
If a project needs to be rescheduled, reasonable notice is appreciated and will be accommodated when possible, subject to availability.
